Construction Management services include
Cost Control
We establish and maintain the control budget, track commitments, changes and contingency against it, and update the forecast to completion each month. The owner sees where the project stands, what has changed, and where the final cost is heading.
Procurement & Tendering
We package the work, tender it to qualified trades, level the bids and recommend awards that balance price, capacity and risk.
Schedule & Sequencing
We build the construction schedule with the trades who will carry it out, then update it from the work actually in place, not from the original plan.
Site Coordination
We run the site day to day: trade coordination, RFIs, submittals, inspections and the meetings that keep the design team and the trades aligned.
Quality, Commissioning & Closeout
We check work as it is installed, coordinate commissioning of building systems, manage deficiencies, and assemble the occupancy, warranty and handover documents the owner needs.
